Funding disclosure
Alkēbulan Pathways is not a lender and does not approve, issue or guarantee funding. Any funding decision is made by the relevant program, funder or lender. Eligibility, approval amounts, conditions, timelines and permitted use of funds vary, and some applicants are not approved.
Professional services disclosure
We provide education, coordination and referrals. Regulated insurance, legal, tax, debt, mortgage, credit, securities and investment services must be provided by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals where required. Those professionals engage with you directly under their own terms and fees.
Investor disclosure
Registering interest as an investor is informational only. It is not an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to buy, investment advice, or access to a public investment marketplace. No returns are promised or implied, and any future opportunity would be subject to eligibility, applicable securities law and independent professional advice.
Fulfilment and partner disclosure
Selected business infrastructure services may be fulfilled by Harmonix Digital or other approved implementation partners. These services are optional, quoted separately and contracted separately from any pathway support.
Results disclosure
No specific business, income, credit, funding or investment result is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your circumstances, effort, market conditions and third-party decisions outside our control.
Sensitive information
We never ask for your Social Insurance Number, banking credentials, passwords or government logins through public web forms.
