Alkēbulan Pathways provides education, coordination, application support and professional referrals. We are not a lender, funder, credit repair company, insurance brokerage, law firm, accounting firm, mortgage brokerage or registered investment adviser.

Submitting an application does not create a client relationship, an agreement to provide services, or any entitlement to funding or acceptance into a pathway.

No guarantees

Funding is not guaranteed. Eligibility, approval amounts, conditions, timelines, permitted use of funds, professional fees and available opportunities vary by applicant and pathway. Some applicants are not approved. No business, income or investment result is promised.

Accuracy of information you provide

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate information may result in an unsuitable pathway recommendation or a declined application.

Third parties and fees

Referred professionals and implementation partners, including Harmonix Digital, contract with you separately under their own terms and fees. We are not responsible for services delivered by third parties.

Where professional service fees apply to our own support, they are explained before you agree to proceed.

Intellectual property and changes

Site content, branding and materials belong to Alkēbulan Pathways unless stated otherwise. We may update these terms and will post the revised date on this page.
