Information we do not want

Please do not submit your Social Insurance Number, banking credentials, passwords, government logins or credit report logins through our public forms. If sensitive documents are required at a later stage, our team will explain the secure process before you send anything.

How we use your information

We use your information to review your application, determine which pathway may fit, respond to enquiries, coordinate referrals to professionals, and — where you have consented — send you updates about future opportunities, education and events.

Automated tools may be used to organise and clarify submissions. Pathway decisions involve human review.

Sharing and referrals

Where a pathway requires professional or licensed services, we may share relevant details with the referred professional or implementation partner so they can assist you. We do not sell your personal information.

We use service providers, including our customer relationship management platform, to store and process submissions on our behalf.

Consent and unsubscribing

Marketing consent is separate from service communications and is never pre-ticked. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
